Strides for Autism 5k / 1 mile Info

We are excited to announce the first ever Strides for Autism 5k/1 mile presented by IdealShape! We thought this would be a fun way for people who are affected by Autism to come help and raise money to find a cure, and for those not familiar with what Autism is to come and learn a little more about the disorder that affects so many children today! Come and support the cause.

The race will be held Saturday, March 27th at 9am at the Pointe Meadows Library in Lehi, UT (2151 N. Point Meadow Drive - just off I-15's 1200 West exit in Lehi).

To preregister for this event sign up at www.runnercard.com under road races and look for the Strides for Autism race. Preregistration will be closed on Monday, March 22nd. After that you will be able to register on race day from 8-8:45am with a slightly higher cost per participant - so register early!!

All proceeds benefit Autism Speaks. If you know of a team that you would like to support that is participating in the Utah - Walk Now for Autism there will be a place for you to enter that team name in your registration and all of your registration money will go to support that team's fundraising efforts for the Walk.

There will be lots of information there on Autism along with a lot of cool sponsors, food, fun, t-shirts, and great prizes.
